It's Nor way for a pilot to celebrate Christmas

Late evening Christmas Eve, the mince pies are already being eaten, and the last minute wrapping of presents is in full progress ! Then the phone rings. A vital spare is required on an oil rig in the North Sea.
The spare is in Aberdeen, but the oil rig is just off the Norwegian coast. We flew the beech 90 into Aberdeen as soon as the airport opened at 10 am Christmas morning, and flew the spare part to Bergen in Norway. The part was then transferred to the rig by ship. Many thanks to our pilot who gave up his Christmas lunch in order to perform this flight.

We are pleased to say that the production line carried on working, and no working time was lost.

We don't bring you the news now and again, we bring you the news NOW........ and AGAIN.

We were contracted to ship newspapers from Rome to Corsica, so that the Italian holiday makers, who flock to the island during the season, can have their daily newspapers first thing in the morning.

July 2005

Trans Euro Air goes to the movies.

We were contracted to carry pyrotechnics to the set of a forthcoming Stephen Speilberg production, being shot on location in Malta. It was only possible to carry three quarters of a ton of explosives because of our ability to carry dangerous goods with our Beech90 aircraft.

The film is sure to go with a bang on it's release.

80's Pop goes to Barcelona.

80's band The Human League were performing in Barcelona, however their equipment was in Sheffield, Trans Euro Air were contracted to move the bands equipment to Barcelona for the gig. We then returned the equipment after the gig, to Southampton, for the the following nights performance.

This type of logistics would be virtually impossible with any other type of transport.
